Schedule & Deadlines
The MIT Career Week will begin on Monday, September 15 and end on Friday, September 19, 2008.
Key employer deadlines regarding MIT Career Fair 2008:
- Online registration deadline: August 1, 2008
- The Company Profile should be fully completed (including the logo, advertisement and description) by August 1, 2008
- Payment should be completed by August 1, 2008 at the latest.
- All Packages must ARRIVE by September 10, 2008
- Please submit all Special Requests by September 1, 2008
Also, please note that:
- Withdrawal of the MIT Career Fair is possible until August 31, 2008 for a full refund (except for Gold and Platinum sponsorships). After this date, no refunds will be provided.
- For silver, gold, and platinum sponsors, logos will be displayed on the website a couple of business days after payment has been received.
- Within a given sponsorship level, booth allocation will be done in the order in which we receive payment.
We encourage you to complete your registration as early as possible!
