How do I place an advertisement in MIT's campus newspaper?

When does Employer Registration open?
Employer registration will open on Tues June 17th.
I have registered but I can't access my account. What should I do?
Please check your email and make sure you have set up your password using our security link.
The email may take a few minutes to arrive. Also check if it isn't in your SPAM folder!
If you have forgotten your password, please click here. A new password will be sent you by email.
How do I pay?
You can pay online by logging into your account and selecting "Submit and Review Payments". Credit card payments are secured and encrypted, and your credit card number is not stored on our server. Alternatively, you may mail a check made out to "MIT Career Fair" to the address indicated on the Contact Us page. Note that checks will takes longer to process, and that your registration is only complete once full payment has been received. Please direct any questions or issues with payment to the Career Fair Treasurer.
How do I schedule a company information session during Career Week?
Only platinum, gold, and silver sponsors are eligible to hold information sessions during Career Week. Priority for time slots and locations will be given according to level of sponsorship, then to promptness of registration completion (including payment) within each sponsorship level.
To make arrangements for a company information session, please contact our Career Week Logistics Director. If you have specific questions about sponsorship packages, please contact our Sponsorship Director.
How do I get an additional booth?
Platinum and Gold sponsors get a complimentary additional booth, as part of the sponsorship entitlements. Silver and Bronze sponsors can purchase an additional booth (adjacent or separate) for $750. Please look at our Sponsorship page to see all the other benefits of Sponsorship. The option automatically shows up in the "add/remove features" page of your account, if you are a Silver or Bronze sponsor. Standard registration unfortunately does not entitle to an additional booth. Please do not register twice to get an additional booth.
When does Employer Registration end?
Online registration should be initiated by August 1, 2008.
When does Career Fair Day start? end?
On September 18, from 11 AM to 6 PM.
I have a job opportunity I would like to post to MIT students immediately, who should I contact?

I would like to schedule interviews outside the MIT Career Week (week of the Career Fair), how should I proceed?
Please contact the MIT Careers Office. You will find more information and contacts on this page.
However, we encourage you to also attend the MIT Career Fair as it will allow you to get in touch and select students more effectively.
How do I get multiple logins for my account?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this possibility. Please use a password that you can share with other people in your company. You will be able to add contact information for representatives from your company once you have set your password.
Also, please do not register twice, as both accounts will not be linked.
I have special electricity needs, who should I contact?
Electricity on the career fair will be 110V, standard US plugs. There are no power restrictions. If you intend to be using 220V appliances, please bring your own voltage transformers and plug converters, as we cannot provide those.

What demographics of graduating students from MIT can my company expect in a given year?
Surveys of graduating students are conducted every year by the MIT Career Office, with such topics as % of international students, average salaries, companies hiring the most MIT graduates, % of internship completion etc. Results from 2002 through 2007 are available at http://web.mit.edu/career/www/infostats/graduation.html
