Booth Information
Standard Booths
Booth Dimensions:
The booth dimensions are 10' wide and 8' deep, with 8' backing and 3' side rails. Tables are covered and skirted, with a front edge of 6'. The overall dimensions of the tables are 72" x 24" x 30" (LxWxH).
All standard booths include:
- Electrical outlets - electricity will be provided to everyone in the Career Fair
- Wireless Internet Access, with IT support
- 1 covered and skirted table (dimensions above)
- 1 wastebasket
- 2 Samsonite chairs (limit 3 representatives)
- 2 bottles of water per person

Employers may also ask for a quote for special A/V equipment. Please visit our A/V page or contact us for details.
There will be IT support on hand as well as volunteer support for any problems that may arise. Please contact us if you have special needs for your booth. An online submission form will be available soon.
Catering & Other Amenities:
- Breakfast will be served at 8 AM in Johnson Athletic Center and will last until 10:30 AM
- Catered lunch will be served from 11:30 to 3:00 PM (vegetarian options available)
- Boxed dinners are available upon request. RSVP under "Your Account" in the "Representatives" section.

Sponsorship Booths
- Gold Sponsors enjoy an additional adjacent booth compliments of the Career Fair Executive Committee
- Silver Sponsors have the opportunity to purchase an additional adjacent booth in a strategic location for an additional $750.
- Bronze Sponsors have the opportunity to purchase an additional adjacent booth in a preferential location for an additional $750.
Booth Locations
- Booth locations are assigned based on sponsorship level and when payment is received. Booths will be assigned once registration has closed.
