Hotel
The official hotel for the MIT Career Fair 2008 is the Boston Marriott Cambridge, where we are pleased to announce a special rate for our Career Fair guests of $185* single/double occupancy. These rates will be applicable Monday, September 14 through Sunday, September 20. Please also note that rooms available at this special rate are limited and are available until August 24, so we encourage you to reserve rooms today.
Reserve a Room
To make reservations online, please use the Boston Marriott Cambridge's Reservation System and use the Group Code fcffcfa. The online reservation system will also be updated regularly with useful links such as maps, shuttle schedules, and event schedules.
To make reservations by phone, call 1-617-494-6600, ask for Reservations, and mention the MIT Fall Career Fair and the Group Code fcffcfa.
Other concessions for our career fair guests include:
- All guests will have complimentary High Speed Internet access in their rooms
- Parking for all guests will be discounted at $23 for overnight parking and at $18 for twelve hours.
- Special rate of $185* single/double occupancy
- 10% off Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
- Marriott Rewards Points for eligible guest stays and meetings

Shuttle Schedule
From the Royal Sonesta Hotel – please use the hotel shuttles: Morning shuttles will run from 8:45 AM to 12 PM, with one shuttle leaving the hotel every 15 minutes and dropping of at 77 Massachusetts Avenue on MIT's campus. Afternoon shuttles will run from 5PM to 8:15 PM, with one shuttle leaving MIT's campus at 77 Massachusetts Avenue every 30 minutes.From the Boston Marriott Cambridge – please use the MIT Tech Shuttle, which stops across the street (Main Street) from the hotel. The schedule can be found here. On the schedule, the stop is called "Kendall Square T."
From the Hyatt Regency Cambridge – please use the MIT Tech Shuttle, which stops across the street (Amesbury Street) from the hotel. The schedule can be found here. On the schedule, the stop is called "W92 @ Amesbury Street."
