Parking & Shuttle Information
Parking
It is recommended that company representatives who are driving to the Career Fair use the parking garage at the Boston Royal Sonesta in Cambridge. Parking rates are as follows:
- Day guest parking ($8 daily)
- Overnight hotel resident parking ($15)
Parking lots on the MIT campus require a proper parking sticker. The MIT Campus Police will ticket and tow cars without the parking sticker. Thirty (30) complimentary parking spots will be available on the day of the Career Fair only, distributed on a first come first serve basis. We strongly suggest use of the shuttles (please see below) to and from the Fair for your convenience. Please note that the MIT Career Fair 2008 will NOT pay for parking tickets or towing.

Shuttle Information
Getting to Campus
MIT's free TechShuttle runs on all weekdays from 7:15 AM to 7:15 PM. For the TechShuttle schedule, please visit TechShuttle Map & Schedule. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes.
NOTE: The TechShuttle operates independently from the COMPLIMENTARY CAREER FAIR SHUTTLE (as described below)! Career Fair shuttles leave from the front of the Boston Royal Sonesta and stops at 77 Massachusetts Avenue.
Complimentary Career Fair Shuttle Service
Day before the Career Fair - Wednesday, September 17th
On the day before the Career Fair (September 17th), complimentary and dedicated shuttle service to the MIT campus from the Boston Royal Sonesta only will be provided in the morning (8:45 AM - 11AM). In addition, an shuttle to the Fall Career Fair Kickoff and Networking Reception will be provided in the late afternoon (5PM - 7PM). Finally, an evening shuttle from the Fall Career Fair Kickoff and Networking Reception (9PM-10:30PM) will also be provided. Please note that all shuttles will only run to the Boston Royal Sonesta.

Day of the Career Fair - Thursday, September 18th
On the day of the Career Fair, complimentary and dedicated shuttle service to the MIT campus from the Boston Royal Sonesta will be provided in the morning (8:45 AM - 12PM) and evening (5PM - 8:15PM).
Please note that the above shuttles will run straight between the Boston Royal Sonesta and 77 Massachusetts Avenue every 30 minutes.
