MIT Career Fair Committee is working with MIT Mailing Services and other outside companies to make sure that all your shipping needs are adequately met. Please note that while we do provide shipping service, the Career Fair will not cover shipping costs. PLEASE FOLLOW DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY OR WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR SHIPMENTS WILL BE PROCESSED CORRECTLY.
Delivery Dates
Companies are strongly encouraged to send their packages as soon as they become available. Please make sure that all packages for the MIT Career Fair ARRIVE between:
August 20, 2009 - September 10, 2009

Return Service After the Fair
There will be shipping service available on the day of the Career Fair (Thursday, September 17, 2009) to help you ship packages back to company offices. To ship your packages from the Career Fair, we will organize pick-up after the Fair at 6pm:
Please bring the following:
(1) Your company's account
(2) Address labels for your company (only one shipping order is needed per group of shipments, but EACH PACKAGE must be individually addressed!)
MIT Career Fair will supply the shipping orders, as well as have volunteers on hand to make the process as painless as possible.
