The Career Fair Guidebook
The Career Fair Guidebook will present company information on all of the registered participants of the Career Fair, and a copy will be distributed to all students attending the fair. These profiles will be drawn from the information that you submit on our website under your account, and are independent of the ads included in the sponsorship packages or purchased separately.
Please take the time to verify that you have completed all the fields that you wish to be printed in the guidebook:- Log into your account
- Click on "Company profile"
After completing the information requested, please click on "save" at the bottom of the page. There will not be a notification page, but you can scroll up to verify that the new changes have been saved.

Quarter-page Ads (4.2" Width x 5.5" Height) - $300
Half-page Ads (8.5" Width x 5.5" Height) - $600
Full-page Ads (8.5" Width x 11" Height) - $1200
Sponsor Advertisements IN FULL COLOR
Gold Sponsors - FREE Full page (8.5" x 11")
Silver Sponsors - FREE Half page (8.5" x 5.5")
Bronze Sponsors - FREE Quarter page (4.2" x 5.5")
Sponsors who choose to upgrade to a larger-size ad can do so at a discounted price. For example, a Bronze Sponsor can upgrade to a Full-page Ad for 1200-300=$900.

How to Submit an Ad
The advertisement must be submitted in high resolution JPEG or PDF format, at the size specified above for each type of ad. The advertisement will be printed in COLOR. The deadline to submit the advertisement is July 31, 2009.
The advertisement will be incorporated into a page design template, so you do not need to be concerned about bleeds, margins, etc.
After you register, you can select an ad type and upload your ad on the Add/Remove Career Fair Features page.
Logos
Please submit logos via your account page:
- Log into your account
- Click on "Company profile," scroll down to the section "More About Your Company," and upload your logo.
After your logo has been uploaded, please click on "save" at the bottom of the page. There will not be a notification page, but there is a link available to view your logo.
