Schedule & Deadlines

The MIT Career Week will begin on Monday, September 14 and end on Friday, September 18, 2009.

Key employer deadlines regarding MIT Career Fair 2009:

  • Online registration deadline: July 31, 2009
  • The Company Profile should be fully completed (including the logo, advertisement and description) by July 31, 2009
  • Payment should be completed by July 31, 2009 at the latest.
  • All Packages must ARRIVE by September 10, 2009
  • Please submit all Special Requests by August 28, 2009

Also, please note that:

  • Withdrawal of the MIT Career Fair is possible until August 14, 2008 for a full refund (except for Gold and Platinum sponsorships). After this date, no refunds will be provided.
  • For silver, gold, and platinum sponsors, logos will be displayed on the website a couple of business days after payment has been received.
  • Within a given sponsorship level, booth allocation will be done in the order in which we receive payment.

We encourage you to complete your registration as early as possible!
