Federico Bescotti

Born and raised in Harare, Zimbabwe to an Italian family, Federico Bescotti is a double-major in Mechanical Engineering and Business Management in MIT’s Class of 2020. Outside of the Career Fair Committee, Federico is a member of the Gordon Engineering Leadership program and a former water polo player. He is passionate about project management and leading teams. When not working, you’ll find Federico appreciating a new cuisine, traveling to a new country, or sailing the Charles River at sunset.


Why Did You Decide to Become a Director?

Having faced many difficulties as an international student looking for a job, I became a director with the goal of making the Career Fair more welcoming towards international students. I cannot think of a better way to positively influence the lives of my peers than to lead the team that makes it all happen.
