Why Did You Decide to Become a Director?

I joined the Fall Career Fair Committee because I believed that it would be a great way to be involved in bringing employment and career exploration opportunities for MIT students to campus. I enjoyed learning about all the companies and their projects when attending my first Fall Career Fair, and I want to continue that experience for others in the upcoming year. Additionally, I enjoy working with others to organize large scale projects because it helps me develop the project management, organization, and time management skills that will be beneficial to all areas in life. I am excited to see all the little pieces come together for a successful Fall Career Fair!

Having learned a lot from my past career fair experiences, my goal is to help students explore different career paths and have a positive, informative experience interacting with employers at the Fall Career Fair.
